Delivery Policy

At LİMMO, our top priority is preserving the freshness and quality of our products. Therefore, all our frozen products are prepared and shipped in accordance with cold chain requirements.

Cold Chain Shipping

Your orders are packed in specially insulated Styrofoam boxes with dry ice to ensure that the products are kept at the ideal temperature, and are then handed over to the shipping company. Thanks to this special packaging, your products are prepared to maintain cold chain conditions throughout transit.

Shipping Handover Process

  • Orders placed on weekdays are generally handed over to the shipping company on the same day by 18:00, depending on operational workload.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 are processed on the next business day.

  • Preparation times may vary during public holidays and promotional periods.

Friday and Weekend Orders

To prevent our products from remaining at shipping branches for extended periods and compromising the cold chain;

  • Orders placed after 18:00 on Friday,

  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday,

are prepared and handed over to the shipping company on Monday.

This practice is implemented solely to preserve the freshness and quality of our products.

Delivery Time

Depending on the shipping companies' distribution networks, your orders are generally delivered within 1–3 business days. This period may be extended due to remote delivery areas, adverse weather conditions, or public holidays.

Important Information

  • Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to receive the product.

  • After receiving your package, we recommend opening it as soon as possible and placing the products in the freezer.

  • Delays caused by the shipping company may be considered circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will continue to support you while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
