First, a pack of Limmo lemonade is prepared.
3 tablespoons are left to melt in the pan
2 packs of whole wheat biscuits are salted in a bag
Two tablespoons of powdered sugar and a pinch of salt are added to the crushed biscuit.
Melted butter is added to the biscuit mixture, mixed well and kneaded like raw meatballs.
Greaseproof paper is placed on the bottom of the cake mold and the butter biscuit mixture is pressed firmly to form the base.
Afterwards, it is time to prepare the cake part.
For the cake part, 300 gr granulated sugar is added into 800 gr labneh cheese and mixed without crushing the sugars. Two eggs are broken and mixed well without whisking as we did at the beginning.
This mixture is poured onto our previously prepared cheescake base and given to the oven with a tub filled with water. It is baked in a heated 190-degree oven for 45 minutes.
Forming the top part during baking Limmo sauce is prepared.
For Limmo sauce, add half a teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoonful of starch into 1 glass of Limmo lemonade and mix until it boils. After boiling, it is taken to another container and rested at room temperature.
Finally, our Limmo sauce is poured on our baked and rested cheescake, and it is served after resting in the refrigerator for a minimum of 5-6 hours.
